Could someone give me an link for the Update file for usb bios recovery ?

Your system is much older than the one you listed. There has been no bios update since 2016 for DV6-7020
You can try the following but they are for windows 10 and recent system.
The 2016 bios is here and possible advice here
--following probably will not work--
HP support video for bios recovery
Click here to see how to recover your BIOS.
Do 1, 2, and the first part of 3.
For the second part of 3 you will need a USB flash drive and possibly an
older BIOS if the recent BIOS caused the problem
For laptops, step 2 "CMOS reset" there is no cmos battery nor cmos switch and no need to open the laptop. Use the Windows key + 'v' as explained here.
