I have recently installed Realtek Audio Console in my laptop, but it says that my PC is not compatible.
I have done a quick Google search and it says that the error is caused by the audio driver, but Windows shows that everything is working fine.
I have tried searching for updated drivers with Windows Update and HP Support Assistant and I have also uninstalled the driver and rebooted my PC. None of them worked.
How can I solve it? Should I install a new audio driver? In that case, which driver should I install?

Where do you get "Realtek Audio Console" software ? Is it from HP ? If NOT from HP, it is not going to work !
Regards.
