Everytime I turn on my laptop I get that message and I looked up on YouTube and watched every single one and I can’t find a solution please help me

Then the hard drive needs to be replaced and Windows will need to be reinstalled, assuming you do not have a backup to return everything back to normal.

That is a message  when the hard drive has failed.  Check in the diagnostics to run the hard drive hardware test.  Most likely the hard drive needs to be replaced and Windows reinstalled.

I did that and the second test came out as failed.
