Reboot loop

I have a windows 8 Gateway computer (model number:DX4380G) and when I received this I factory reset the computer and also ended up doing a self repair as well but ever since I clicked on self repair it starts up tells me it preparing automatic repair then goes dark pops up another screen that says diagnosing your PC then it tries going to the next page to load but right before it does it shuts down and turns off real fast yet if I turn it on by hand and spam delete button I get set to some setting screen but it doesn't help at all please help me
