HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek1000 (742H9AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I ordered Hp Laptop and got it delivered on 5th August 2025. Unfortunately, I noticed later in this month that the warranty started even before the date of purchase which means it started on 30 of September 2024 but I ordered it on 2nd of August. Which means this is the second-hand product which I have received although I paid for brand new product. There are multiple technical issues in this product which includes - raised temperature of laptop - just after 30min of use, battery drains quickly and also takes lot of time to charge - 4hrs to charge 100%, and the webcam is completely blur. I have spoken to the amazon customer service who has advised to contact your team about this issue.

This product damage is beyond repairable stage, as I have paid for brand new product, hence my request to replace this product with brand new product asap.

We do not work for or represent HP.

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So the longer the time elapses from assembly date to the purchase date, the less time remains on the warranty.

Please contact HP customer service beginning at the link below and submit a support request to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
