Received an email confirming HP care pack registration but i cannot access my care pack

I have received an email confirming my Hp care pack registration, however when I go to log into the Hp care pack service it says that my care pack account does not exist and asks me to register again. Then when I try to register it says my username and password are incorrect (when it is asking me to create a new account). I have already paid for my care pack and I need to use it as soon as possible, as I have lost the pen that comes with my laptop and the care pack provides me with a free pen to replace it. If it would be possible could someone confirm my registration and help me to access my care pack?
