HP 14-cf2000 Laptop PC (552L9AV)

I received an email from HP thanking me for contacting HP Support and confirming my request for service. It seems a case was created with my email. I received this email in the middle of my sleep. I did not initiate this case. The only info the email gives is the Serial Number and the  Case Subject which is: configure os settings. I'm worried someone may have access to my HP account now.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
