Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently updated my laptop but once I restarted after the update I got a blue screen with option on what to do upon startup. After trying everything I know someone suggested I do a factory reset. I used the HP recovery manager to do the factory reset. It got about halfway through before it came up with a restoration incomplete message with the following options: save log, details, and retry. After trying retry multiple times I assumed it would not work. In the background there is code that says the system cannot find the drive specified. Please help.

  5. Click on Next, then select your USB drive from the drop-down list and finally click on Next.
