Hi, I recently had to reset the computer from a USB media tool. When I want to reset the computer all my drivers and software that came with my PC wasn't there, how do I bring it back?

You should NOT have done that -- as the generic install software does not have the HP utilities or drivers.

 

If you go to this link, you should be able to download HP drivers -- but these would be for Windows 10, not Windows 11:  https://support.hp.com/rs-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-x360-15.6-inch-2-in-1-laptop-pc-15-eu0000/2...

 

You will not be able to get the HP utilities and preloaded third party apps back.
