when i boot the laptop, it displays the stop code 0xc000021a. also when Automatic repair screen prompt, i choose advanced options- Troubleshoot and Reset the PC. but it only proceed for 4% and displays the message system cannot reset.

Hi:
First run the hard drive diagnostics test in the BIOS (F2).
If the drive passes, see if making a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool allows you to factory reset the notebook.
