Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, 

I have been using HP bs 15 series laptop.

My OS is corrupted and doesn't load. When I start the pc the error message showing as 'boot device not found'

So I used a recovery usb to repair my pc. I choose full recovery to delete previous all files.but in the recovery process it stuck at 30%.after waiting for few hours it gets back to message as unable to process.i checked my HDD health in system diagnostics. I checked both short and long tests.its PASSED . This laptop comes with the pre-installed windows 10 and I bought it in 2017. Please help me to fix it

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try clean installing W10.

 

Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
