Hello. A friend off me got a HP Stream x360 that have some big problems. The operating system have died, and the factory reset doesnt work. Anyone who can tell me where to download factory cd's. He belive it have been win8 original. The serialnr is CND5077F6T and it is a Stream x360-11-p080no

Hi:

Recovery media for your PC was not available for download.

You would have to contact HP in Norway and see if they sell recovery media for that model.

You can make your own W8.1 installation media as follows...

Download the plain W8.1 ISO file from the link below...

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

Or you can use a free app such as Rufus to to that as well.

You should not be asked to enter a product key when you install the right version of W8.1 the product key in your notebook's BIOS is good for.

When you get to the part of the installation that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.  Click Next, and W8.1 will install.

After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
