You're very welcome, Bard.
You can order recovery media for your notebook at the link below.
Your notebook originally came from HP with W8.1 with Bing, so that is the OS the recovery media is good for.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04504147
If you want W10, you can clean install W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to the part of the installation that asks for a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/7137590/model/7605334
If you want to buy the HP recovery media, but want to upgrade back to W10, after W8.1 has installed, click on the blue Update Now button on the Media creation tool link above to upgrade back to W10.

You're very welcome, Brad.
Since you had W10 on there already, yes all you need to do is make the bootable W10 installation media and select the 'I don't have a product key option' when asked to enter a product key.
After the installation has completed and you are connected to the internet, W10 will be automatically activated.
