Hi! my computer started having problems with the touchscreen, keyboard and mouse and I took it to a place to fix it but they are asking my for the recovery driver but i did not had luck find it in the HP website, they said that they do not have the driver.
I dont know what to do, i really appreciate your help!

Hi:
See if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will need to have access to another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.

After you create the recovery media, you boot from it by turning on the PC.
Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9, boot options menu, and from that, select the USB recovery drive from the menu and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the recovery drive and the recovery process should begin after you follow the on screen instructions.
