I decided I wanted to factory reset my computer to give it to my cousin to use and in the process of doing that, I now have a screen that says
Restoration Incomplete
The restoration did not complete.
Please select one of the following buttons [Save Log] [Details] [Retry]
I have retried 3 times and it still gets the same screen so obviously retry is not working.
I tried saving the log to a flash drive, and it creates an empty zip folder.
The error in the cmd prompt behind the Recovery Manager window states "The system cannot find the drive specified."
Any ideas?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer, and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
