Product: HP 15-da0001cy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Attempted Factory reset from Recovery Manager and received " Restoration Incomplete" prompt. It offers " Save log" "Details" and " Retry" as the options. I've tried all 3. The command prompt opens and states " cannot find specified drive" and then access denied and the laptop restarts. Any suggestions?

From time to time, some files on your machine may be corrupted. Please use Cloud Recovery tool

Worse case, perform a fresh install Windows 10 using

 

                  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

to create ISO file then mount ISO file as DVD drive and run Setup from there. You can keep existing your files and programs if you wish.
