Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this system today.  The first thing I always like to do is create recovery disks.  If something gets screwed up, I want the option to return it to "just out of the box" condition.  Apparently a recovery partition is no longer included.  And when I checked the HP site a few minutes ago, I was told that the recovery USB wasn't available either.  I don't just want the option to restore windows.  I want to be able to reset everything else to original as well.  Is this recovery media going to be made available?  If not, what options do I have?  Thanks.

I think the Recovery ordering process is broken. I tried several models and they all say not available. I will try to report this and find out what is happening.

The Specs for your model says it has HP Recovery Manager, which is used to make Recovery Media. Can you not find it in Start menu? It may be because you have a 128gb SSD

Thanks CherylG.  Using your instructions, I was able to locate Recovery Manager on my system.  I bought a new USB drive and went through the process.  It seems to have worked fine.
