HP Recommended
I did a factory reset on my laptop because after I installed some programs for school I kept getting black screens. In the middle of the reset my computer crashed and deleted windows off of it. I tested the hard drive and memory and all tests passed I was sent the recovery media and now Im getting the code 00xc0000098 and it tells me there is a badline in the install.log file.

Please help by giving us basic information: Your machine and its Operating system.
