Product: Hp Stream Notebook-11-d010wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Computer states to use recovery tools on my installation media. I do not have one and it recommends me to contact system administrator or PC manufacturer. I have check to see if there is a recovery tool kit but there is not one for my computer. So I do not know what to do next.
