Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of years ago, we bought a batch of laptops. One of them came with a start-up failure from the start, so we requested support under warranty. For more than 12 months, we were chasing HP; they replaced the HDD and the RAM board, but nothing changed. Then I received a USB UEFI stick to install from clear, instead of the recovery disk inside the laptop, but nothing.

 

In the logs, recurrently I found the following:

Not sure if I understand well, but it fails when installing the McAffee software? I got tired of trying to chase HP, the response was awful, and finally the warranty lapsed, so I'm now on my own. Any ideas of what else to try?

Hi:

 

I recommend you use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a plain W10 USB installation flash drive.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
