I have a hp notebook pavilion 17-by0061st. My computer have a blue screen that is on . It says on the screen that I need a restore/recovery disk. It runs windows 10 . I would like to know where I can get a recovery disk for my computer. I have no idea of where to get one .

Hi:
Your PC should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
