Product: HP Pavilion 15-au063nr

My laptop became very slow after HP update. I downloaded a HP maintenance program that found no problems, but my laptop got even slower and MS Office and Outlook stopped working. I uninstalled the maintenance program. Did not fix problem. So I uninstalled MS Office hoping to reinstall it.  Now I have a blue screen & recovery USB failed .  😞

Could be you have a failing/failed hard drive. Run HP Diagnostics.
