My chromebase went to a something went wrong screen. Is asking me to press recovery button but this does not have one I can locate. It is asking me to hold recovery button (I don't have) and power.
It also asked me to disconnect my devices so I disconnected my key board and mouse.
How do I recover?
I already tried to unplug and hold the power button.
I tried reconnecting my keyboard to hold esc and refresh button but I d

I see that you are facing an issue with your Chromebook.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
- Unplug from mains power and perform a Hardware Reset
- Settings > Advanced > Restore settings to their original defaults in case an extension is interfering
- Powerwash in case your profile has become corrupted
- Recovery to ensure your OS is pristine.
