Recovery Partitions only come preloaded and HP does not provide downloads for them. If your PC came with Win10 preloaded, the partition should be there3; if not, there is no way to download just it. Plus, without the preloaded software, there is no HP Recovery Manager -- which you would need in order to utilize the Recovery Partition.

I need an image of the hard drive that came with the purchase of the laptop. I can get it in two ways. The first is to use Recovery partition, but this require HP Recovery Manager. The second is to directly write to the hard disk the image that was at the time of purchase. You probably don't have it, but employees HP should definitely have it. Otherwise, what they write on the laptop before they sell it.

Your information is incorrect -- as HP does NOT have an image of your laptop -- so there is no way to download one from HP.
Instead, they offer ways to restore your PC to its original condition using HP Recovery Media.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
