Zbook 15v G5 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a brand new HP Zbook 15v G5 Workstation, I want to create media recovery USB disk, on the support page mentions HP Cloud Recovery as the software to achieve this, but the program says this model does not have a valid product ID and this model is not shown under the supported platform for this software.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,

Javier

1-Did you try  checking the box next to "I need to enter Product ID for my HP System"and enter it manually?

If your Product ID has an ‘AV’ before the pound sign # and the three-digit number, do not include the #xxx (where ‘xxx’ represents a number). For example, a Product ID such as JGT75AV#123, you would not include #123.

2-If you have a recovery partition you should be able to create Recovery Media from local files. Scroll down here to see the section  "Create Recovery Media":
