Hi,
I need to rebuild my laptop after changing my hard disk to a new one.
There was no OS, recovery media or recovery manager installed.
How can I get it?
Thanks

Hi:
First see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
http://support.hp.cloud-recovery.s3-website-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/
If it is supported, see this info link below for how to make the recovery media.
https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c06185518
If not, you can order a recovery kit for your model from HP's e-Partner at the link below. 53.40 Euros.
https://www.best2serve.com/fr-fr/page/rcd_hardware_related_products/#point
If you don't want to pay 53 Euros, you can also reinstall W10 for free by using the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below to create W10 installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
