Hello, I believe my laptop was hacked and I can't log in because they changed my password and email for my laptop. I would like to recover it but I'm not sure how to go about it. I was hoping I could get recovery media if need be to reset my laptop to factory default but I get an error asking for a key that's linked to an email I do not have access to. Hi:

Make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media. 

Your PC's product number is:   405F7UA#ABA
