so about my wife this HP stream and there was a password on it from the previous owner she forgot it so I was trying to bypass it and reset it etc. somehow someway to turn it on now I get a screen that says no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key so I thought maybe to do a factory recovery to my passport hard drive I’m so confused can anyone help me please
