Product: Pavilion 17-g121wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HDD failed. Out of warranty. Cannot find OS. Who do I get the OS to reinstall on a replacement HDD.

Hi:

 

Make a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool at the link below.

You want the 64 bit file.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

When you get to the list of the various W10 versions to install, select W10 Home.

You should not need to enter a product key.

 

After the installation has completed, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
