my question is about basic process, when I newly brought the laptop they made me prepare a recovery pendrive ( the one which is commonly advised nowadays after buying any laptop) it was in a metal pendrive 32 gb, but now I have lost the pendrive and I dont know what to do, also there is file recovery messege keeps on showing in notifications, it ask me to reconect recovery drive for file history, am confused which recovery its talking about, is that the one which we took in pendrive when we brought the laptop or it is windows data recovery? and how can I re prepare the recovery pendrive now as I have taken many updates (not taken windows 11 update still, but using windowa 10 for now )which generally done at the beginning of the laptop. I request to provide me information.

If you lost your recovery pen drive, do not panic, you can create a new updated one. Kindly check out the link below:
Recovery pen drive will be used only if your PC experiences a major issue such as hardware failure, you'll be able to use the recovery drive to reinstall Windows 10.

I see that you lost the recovery USB drive and wanted to create a new recovery USB drive.
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive.
Please follow the steps from the video in this document.
