Dear all, could anyone tell me when tried to reboot/recovery from HP recovery USB made, system is asking drivers/files for installed SSD, because could not make the partition.

Also, when tried to use the HP recovery USB done from official HP site, with Windows 7 (64) could not recognize this USB and wasn't continue. Any clue also?

Many thanks,

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to boot from one of the notebook's USB 2 ports on the right side of the PC.

I know on W7 it won't work on the USB 3 port because W7 does not have the USB 3 drivers necessary proceed any further.
