Hi.from the start sorry for my english.good.then

I got to recovery(that with the blue screen , the force one ) and i got  a recovery without save data (recomandation) then my laptop got into a screen where says to install something and i got an error EF0( HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEF!) This delete my windows ? How i recover?

Ps: i trier from boot to enabled something from boot option legacy  support or something like that. Didnt work

Try making a recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility...Info for how to use that is at the link below...

If you enabled legacy mode and disabled secure boot in the BIOS, to boot from the flash drive you need to:

 

Have the flash drive in the PC.

 

Turn on or restart it.

 

Tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the legacy USB diskette on key/USB flash drive, and press the Enter key.

 

The PC should then boot from the recovery drive.

Hi..i cand use recovery because im still there at 3F0 

2 i dont have a backup on any usb to recover from legacy mode so ...im still blocked

Hi:

 

Usually a 3F0 means the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.

 

If your notebook has a diagnostics program you can usually run the hard drive test by pressing the F2 key.

I did that and test memory too and no problem

Ps:im pretty sure  is not a hardware problem its something from the software , but i dont want to install another windows because i lose my licence thats the problem.thanks
