OK, first off, Windows 10 does not come on a CD because it is way to big to fit on a CD.  It might come on a DVD but stores stopped selling Win10 DVDs some years back.  If yours is actually a CD, it is most likely a Repair CD and that can not be used to reinstall Windows.

Second,  you don't want the serial number -- as that will do you no good with a Windows installation.  What you need is the Product Key and that was embedded into the firmware of the PC if it came with Win8 or Win10 preloaded.  In that case, you can use this utility to retrieve the key:  ShowKeyPlus - Windows 10 Forums

If you are reinstalling Windows 10, since your PC was already running Win10 and registered with MS as a result, you don't need the product key to reinstall Windows.  Instead, boot from the media and when you get the screen to enter the key, scroll down to the bottom and click the link to skip that.  When the reinstall is finished and you go back online, your PC will contact MS and will get reactivated automatically.

First thank you for the explaining but, my laptop stuck on the blue screen

Your pc needs to be repaired

Error code : 0xc000014c

So i choose to reinstall my pc

So i can't go to the windows page to check the product key

And if i bring that to the service centre

Is that needs to be disassembled?
