My daughter accidentally installed Linux on her laptop. Anyone know the recovery website where I can do a full recovery. She tried to do the reset the whole laptop but it has Linux installed too. I can't find the USB to fully reset her computer. I need the website or a way to do a full reset and remove everything

The notebook is no longer supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, so your only options would be to clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
After W11 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
HP Notebook - 17-by0036nr Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
Your other option would be to purchase a USB recovery drive from this vendor at the link below which contains the original HP factory image.
Then you can upgrade back to W11 for free.
