@theeevarunnn, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The error code 0xc000000f on your laptop indicates that a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. This issue often arises when upgrading to Windows 10 and can result from issues such as boot configurations or the system trying to access unavailable resources.

Check Physical Connections:

  • Ensure all cables, including USB and network cables, are securely connected.

Use Windows Installation Media:

  • You might need a Windows Installation Media to repair your system. Boot from the installation media and select the option to repair your computer.

Run a Startup Repair:

  • Once booted from the installation media, choose "Repair your computer", then "Troubleshoot", and select "Startup Repair".

Check Boot Order in BIOS:

  • Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS settings. Make sure that the correct boot order is set, with your system drive as the primary boot device.

Fix Boot Configuration Data (BCD):

  • Access Command Prompt from the "Advanced options" menu of the recovery environment. Use the
    • bootrec /fixmbr
    • bootrec /fixboot
    • bootrec /rebuildbcd
  • commands to repair the boot configuration data.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
