You should update your drivers first.
Then use an external drive to backup your drivers. (ex. G:\Spectre_Driver_Backup)
Run command in cmd (admin)
Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination "G:\Spectre_Driver_Backup"
Download "Media Creation Tool" from MSand prepare the Boot stick
Run the installation and erase the drive completely. (delete all partitions)
When ready connect to internet and wait till Windows get's activated again.
Run cmd command (admin)
pnputil /add-driver "G:\Spectre_Driver_Backup\*.inf" /subdirs /install /reboot
That's it

You have to be an experienced troubleshooter to do this.
The information you give and the question you ask is enough. It proves that you will never be able to do that!
A new clean installation will create everything new.

I agree
There is no nned for me to keep the current installation, so I can do a clean installation.
But I have no installation media to do that.
AFAIK before win 10 it could be done by the HP recovery manager.
Nothing like that available anymore?

Hi agian
Thanks a lot for your instructions.
But what Windows 10 iso I should take for the fresh install?
Just to one offered here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 ?
Cause I don't have any activation key.
Also the question if this will then create a restore partition again which can be used for a reinstall from the recovery menu (F11) for the future, or do I have to create that manually?
Kind regards,
Jeff

Download the Tool.
Insert a USB-Stick (min 8 GB) and execute the Program to create the Bootstick for a different computer!
You don't need a new key. Your laptop is registrated at Microsoft by a digital license.
You have a basic troubleshooting option from a small usually hidden RecoveryPartition that can be activated by F11.
Download a Backup Program ( Macrium Reflect), create a RecoveryStick and backup your system

ok, you mean I should create a bootable image to reinstall from a current installation where the recovery partition can't be found, most likely because of the BCD lacks the entry for the recovery partition?
I assume I would end up with the same issue.
Again, my problem is, that I get a BDC error when trying to open the recovery procdure with F11

Yes I know. You get an error message when the WinRe.wim can't be found.
If your system is in a good condition, you can leave it, install Macrium Reflect and make your Backup regularily. It is better than an old "RecoveryVersion"
