Hello there!I'm new here, but I've owned plenty of hp computers.Anyway an ongoing issue I have is the one in the title. So here is what has happened overall with this issue: I had it like 2 years ago, fixed it by changing my graphics card, and installing some other drivers.Anyway, after thatand until now I had no problems. My other HP notebook had some malware on it,so I thought why not run a malwarebytes' scan on this one. After quarantying some files as potentially unwanted programs(no malware though) I restarted the PC,and boom there it is again.I tried restoring the quarantined items but no luck. Please help me with this issue!

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
This looks like a possible hardware failure. However, I would suggest you try these steps here:
Did you install a retail copy of Windows or OEM version of Windows?
Have you tried checking with an external monitor does the issue persist?
Does the issue persist on the BIOS page?
If the issue persists on the BIOS page it is a hardware issue with the display.
If the issue does not persist on the BIOS page try updating the graphics, chipset and BIOS on the PC to the latest version.
Uninstall the graphics driver from device manager and install the latest version of BIOS,chipset and graphics drivers on the PC using the HP support assistant.
