Recently i ran a windows update on my victus laptop. Something by the name Hp software component got updated and after that my lap became dead slow. When i open my task manager something named "ApphelperCap" is running in the background and consuming lots of RAM and processing power. Even if i end the task after sometime it starts to run. Can anyone suggest me the solution.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to disable that app from running in the Windows control panel>services section.
Stop the service from running and select Disable in the Startup Type section.
The app should remain off until you get another update to it from Windows update.
Then you will have to go into the Services app and stop and disable the app from running again.
