Hi,
I have HP ENVY 15-k203TX Notebook PC and it came with preinstalled Windows 8.1 (64-bit) OS, then upgraded to Windows10. At present, planning to do clean install and install "Windows 10 October 2020 Update" . My total single Hard disk capacity is 1TB.
At present it has one Partition of C drive and another partition of HP Recovery (windows 8.1 + HP - preinstalled by HP).
1) So while clean installing shall I delete HP Recovery partition (I think which is no use in future)
2) Default Windows System Reserved Partition is 500MB but it gets full very quickly by windows and antivirus. Therefore how much space should be allotted for Windows System Reserved Partition.
3a) For Programs do I allot separate partition for it or shall I save all the programs installation in c drive itself. If I allot separate partition for Programs then what size will be sufficient for it.
OR
3b) If I install programs in C then how much size should I allot for C drive.
4) How to calculate MB to make it perfect 100GB while creating partition.
Request to reply to this post as early as possible because I need to update to windows 10 October and need to continue with my project.
Thanks for replying in advance.
Bye,
Siva

Let me try to answer your questions ...
1) Recovery partition -- you are correct that this is of no use with a new Win10 installation, so you do not need it
2) System Reserved -- you don't mess with this (more on this below)
3) Programs -- these will be installed to C by default. Some game apps allow you to load larger gaming data files onto other partitions, but the gaming software is still installed in C.
4) The best result with a clean installation is to do the following: (a) remove ALL the partitions, including System Reserved, (b) boot from the install media and let the installer create and size the partitions. It will pretty much fill up the drive -- and create a System Reserved partition of the size it needs.
5) Calculate the size -- use the Disk Management tool to shrink the C partition after the install is done and Windows is up and working again. You can see in the tool that you can specify the exact size of the partition.

Thanks for your help
2) Default Windows System Reserved Partition is 500MB but it gets full very quickly by windows and antivirus. Therefore how much space should be allotted for Windows System Reserved Partition.
I need a reply to this, because last time I encountered an error Windows 10 couldn't be installed along with the description that we couldn't update the system reserved partition via Windows creation tool.
Therefore I thought to allocate more than the default allocation size.
Regarding Partition Size --> I would like to create 4 partition of different sizes in one single disk while doing clean installation.

I already told you want needs to be done -- remove all the partitions and let the Windows installer create the ones it needs. Doing this manually on your own is asking for trouble.

@Varadar
I have never had an issue of the System Partition filling up. That partition is hidden Windows will create the partitions and only C will be visible.
I have seen video's of people showing how to shrink Windows and resize the others, but why? I have never had the issue of them getting full.
I always install programs on C I have 2 drive C is the Boot. On my HP C is the SSD and D is the Hard disk 1 TB. Drive letters except C may be different on other systems. But they should not fill up.
My Dell XPS 8930 has all the Factory Partitions C is the SSD Boot and the other is also a 1 TB. I see some people unhide the system partitions and HP used to have the files hidden but the partition had a drive letter D FACTORY_IMAGE some may be different and C is usually named HP or Windows or OS.
You can also do more with partition software like Partition Mini Tool. But if you are not Tech Savvy I would leave it alone and Partition Mini Tool some AV Programs may say it's not safe but it is.
