i have lost my recovery data of original window 10 given by the retailer when i bought my laptop. i also dont remember my product key , how can i reactivate my original window 10 without buying a new product key?

Hi:

 

The Windows product key is in the BIOS.

 

You don't need it to reinstall W10.

 

Using another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
