If Your friend has the same model  then  you can make recovery DVD  disk or recovery USB

id need minimum 32GB USB drive  or  4.7 GB DVD  minimum 6 DVD

Please check model number carefully

Then make recovery media

Thanks

Hi

Please try and understand that if you have made your own Windows 10 disk, and added the HP software, then it is better than the originals.

WHY?

Because you are using a later version of the software and there will less updates once you have done it.

HP Recovery Media Creation.png  Onto a 16 Gb Flash Drive/USB.

Your friend should already have made his, before his HARD DISK fails.

So just plug it into your laptop and boot from it.   It may work.

Do you any friend who travel frequently UK and UAE

You can request Recovery DVD on his address in UK and bring to UAE for you. Then handover you.

Then those DVDs bring to India for your laptop

That is procedure

Because  all UAE laptop recovery media supply from the UK

Thanks

Vijay
