Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I had a problem doing a function in my video editing software.  I reinstalled that software, I was not able to export project to create a file. After reinstalling software, I reinstalld Windows, updated driver, and I still have the problem.  I do not know how to diagnose this problem.  Is it The Software, is it Windows 8.1 or is it My Laptop?

 

My software company apparently does not give and decent help.

 

I am hpoing to get a remote session from overseas but it has been hard coordinating that.

 

Help anyone?

Sorry, but this is only a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers. 

 

We have no facilities here for doing remote access to customers' PCs.

 

I would tell you that you have to contact HP for that, but apparently, you have already tried that.
