Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody, I have to replace the hard drive on my laptop but I try to reinstall windows 10 from the DVD  One of my friends gave me. I don't have any backup. simply I can't reinstall it. Only problem is I don't have windows serial number for activate windows. How do I find the windows serial number for my laptop?

Hi:

 

If your notebook originally came with W10 from HP, your notebook's W10 product key is in the BIOS.

 

You don't need it to reinstall W10.
