Product: HP Notebook - 15-db0031nr

I have factory reset my laptop. Now it keeps going in a loop to a blue screen asking for date  time zone and country. I am needing help with getting my laptop fixed. Please help

Your machine came with Windows 10 Home 64. You can do a fresh install Windows 10 using the following Guide
