Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hard drive broke a while back and i finally got a replacement SSD for it. By following guides online I have managed to turn the ISO file from the Windows website into a bootable USB, however when I try to boot it up through Boot options the USB drive doesn't show up in the Boot Options. I changed the UEFI Boot Order to have the USB a the top of the list, yet nothing happens. I am only given the 'Internal EFI Shell' and 'Boot From EFI File' options. How can I reinstall windows on my laptop?

Hi:

See if going into the BIOS and disabling secure boot allows you to boot from the USB flash drive.

Select the F9 boot options menu and then select the UEFI diskette on key/USB hard drive from the list of bootable devices and press the Enter key.

After disabling the secure boot option and then going to the boot option menu, my only options were "Internal EFI Shell" and "boot from EFI File".
