There was a problem with my hard disk and I have replaced with a new one. I want to reinstall everything that came pre-installed with my pc including the Genuine Windows 10 home OS and Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016. How can it be done?

You have to order a Recovery set from HP using the following instructions
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/bph07143
For Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016, you have to talk with Microsoft because your machine did not come with the product, only trial version as shown
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05313917
Or Since your machine previously ran Windows 10, you can do a clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will allow you to make a bootable installation media (USB/DVD) and you can use installation media to install.
During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page. You have to do the SAME as mentioned above for Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016.
Regards.
