After the last windows update, i am not able to login to my pc. Everytime i start my pc it says "Please wait, Undoing changes" under HP logo.
I have tried to get recovery by pressing F11 at start, but it didn't help, as it shows the same screen.
I have no recovery drive (never made), so now I am planning to reinstall windows 10 using USB Flash Drive (I made it from media creation tool provided by microsoft). As my pc is bought from US, it has preinstalled licenced windows version (Windows 10 Home).
So if i reinstall windows 10 using USB flash drive, then will i lose my licenced version of windows 10?

As long as your notebook is fairly recent (2012- current year) the license activation key will be on the Microsoft licensing servers. That is Microsofts current licensing model.
When you reinstall it, the OS should activate itself when you go online

First of all, thanks you so much for your answer.
I am right now in India and talked to HP customer care, they are saying that as this laptop is bought from usa, you have to buy recovery media for your issue.
What is recovery media ?
Do I need in this case ?

No.
You don't really need it. You will need a USB flash drive of 4-32 GB to create installation media.
The Windows installation media creator is at the following link.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You could use another method and download an image of Windows 10 from the previously linked Microsoft web page and use RUFUS to create installation media.
Create the installation media and boot to it. Follow the prmpts and reinstall Windows 10.
As long as Windows 10 was already activated on your notebook the Microsoft licensing servers will have a record of it and will allow automatic activation of the license on the notebook.
