Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1078nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recent windows update caused computer to flicker. Flicker always disappeared when I rebooted. Decided to go back using Recovery to remove that particular Windows update. There have been no other updates and I haven’t experienced any other problems. Once Recovery completed, computer was hung up at the boot screen. I manually turned off the computer and turned it back on. I now get a boot failure. I got can get to a prompt using Safe start, but can’t reinstall Windows 11 since there is no network connection. I tried Safe start with Networking but system failed. How do I get passed this?
