My PC is extremely slow and frustrating to work on. Kindly assist with any remedy to address this problem please.

What model is the PC? How old is it How long has this been a problem? What OS version is it running?

The system is literally new as I am only using it now after migrating from a crushed PC.

OK, so what I am trying to get at is whether or not is is new enough to still be under the original 12-month HP warranty.
