Whenever I remove the charging cord from my laptop, it just shuts down. I lose work when this happens. There is nothing inside the charging portal, no melted wires or plastic, everything is in great condition. It doesn't over heat as I have a fan for it, and i have tried all of the tips from google. The next step, according to google, is to get a new charging cord. I've looked a the info on the side of the charging block, and can't find the part in the HP parts store, so I wonder if I have to purchase somewhere else. I understand many charging cords for an HP Spectre 360 convertible is a 65 watt but I don't know if that's what I have, and I can't find the information in my HP account, nor can I get anyone on chat/email/phone, so here I am. Any help is appreciated.
